The rules for booking, payment and game day, in plain words.

Your booking

A booking made on the website is confirmed right away, on screen, and you get a personal link to keep track of it. If you leave your email, the summary and a reminder arrive there. All times are Brasília time (UTC−3).

The room is just for your group, 2 to 8 players, for 60 minutes.

Price and payment

  • The price is per person and depends on group size and the day. Public holidays are priced like weekends.
  • The price shown on screen when you book is the one that applies, even if the price list changes later.
  • Payment is made at the venue, on the day you play, before you enter the room. Payment methods: to be confirmed.
  • Children up to 5 play free when the group has at least 4 paying players.

Rescheduling or cancelling

Using your booking link, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your time slot. After that, contact us on WhatsApp at (48) 99197-3636.

On game day

  • Arrive 15 minutes early: the briefing starts before the clock does.
  • Phones stay put away during the game.
  • Children and teens up to 13 only play with an adult in the room.
  • No force needed: no puzzle is solved by breaking the set.

A game master follows the game by camera and radio and can give hints when the group gets stuck.
